"I have no time" is the phrase that majority of people in this world say. Given that we can not increase the amount of time in our lives, the quality of time becomes a very important variable most people cannot afford. Your time is yours and does not belong to anyone else. Only you can improve the quality of your time and use it as you want.
When you manage your time, you make a commitment to yourself and what is important to you. Quality time is about optimizing the time we spend in terms of happiness both for ourselves and our loved ones.
Quality time is very important for the family. Parents who spend some time with their children assure that their children will grow up to be decent young people in the future. As a parent, it is your duty to play with your children and watch over them as they grow up. Dedicating time to them will make them think that they are remembered, supported and loved.
Other examples of spending quality time with children include helping them study and teaching the right ways of life so that they can channel their emotions properly. This takes time, patience and willingness for the parent.
When it comes to quality time, your priority is always your family. This may mean declining the offer of other people to do activities without your family which implies that you are making your family your top priority over others. You do not always have to do something special in order to spend time with your children.
Another thing you should do is make sure you're not using candy, money, toys or trips to compensate your absence. Doing so is a clever defense to lessen your guilt.
We only have one life thus just one chance to live. Therefore, it is better to live our life to the fullest and we should include our family in everything that we do.
